Mark Chandler, Crossroads Life Center Carriage House, 305 Stewart Avenue

Mark Chandler's vision is to use the Crossroads Life Center Carriage House for a cafe that will help create cross-cultural connections among international students attending Cornell. The carriage house will be home to a cafe for live music and dancing, with room for additional programming on the second floor. The foundation walls, large wooden doors, leaded glass windows, and other exterior features have been carefully restored and painted, and a cupola that once graced the roof is currently being reconstructed to again top off this lovely historic asset.
